“I absolutely love being a mentor for my mentee, and it's often my favourite part of the week. I leave the meetings with a bounce in my step.” - Autumn 2018 mentor

Purposeful leadership

Our programmes are designed to encourage purposeful leadership. We support our mentors to develop their own leadership skills, through two intensive training sessions, followed by a chance to practically apply new learnings. We encourage our mentors to practise leading with our three key values: joy, welcome and patience.

“It has been really lovely to get to know my mentee and to find out more about her. I feel as though our meetings have given her some focus and we are building a good rapport. I think it's really powerful to give someone a space that is just for them.” - Autumn 2018 mentor
